Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

Delivery - Over the past 5 years the average delivery times have been around 5-7 days, please use this as a guideline. If there is a Public Holiday or approaching Christmas, please allow a little longer

For any error in the Delivery or if there is a fault in the games or Cartridge, please Contact me first as 9 times out of 10, there is a quick remedy to any problem you might have

Items which are defective upon arrival must be returned to me within 14 working days in the original condition

Should you wish to cancel an order, please inform me within 24 hours as your order is processed immediately upon payment.

If you are unhappy with the item or product you may return the item in the original condition to me within 14 working days from receipt of Delivery. For whatever reason, if you are returning the item back to me, you must email me first and inform me of your intention to return the item. You must orgainse the return of the item at your own expense and risk..
